A watercolour painting of an old Almshouse I painted in Sheffield, England.
I always enjoy painting older buildings made from weathered sandstone blocks and slate roofs as with this one here because all of the elements can be individually painted; very time consuming but I like the results. This painting has the perspective at a slight angle rather than face-on which helps to add interest and depth. Comments are closed.
